- Up to 3 characters only per commission.
DOODLE & EMOTE PACKS COMMISSION [WIP]
APPLICABLE TO DOODLE COMMISSIONS
- +$1.00 of base price per character.
- Character limit is 4 per commissionerFOR ANIMATED DOODLES:

- Emotes are either purely still images or animations, no mix.

General and Intellectual Property (IP)
1. Commissioned artworks are solely for PERSONAL USE ONLY. The art can be used as the commissioner's profile picture, banner, wallpaper, etc., but NOT for profit.
>> For commercial use, please contact me through email to discuss details.2. Do NOT use any of my art for AI, NFTs, etc. This warrants an immediate termination/cancellation of the commission with NO REFUND and a commission blacklist.
>> Damage fee will be incurred (the full commission price + 30% of the commission price).3. I have the right to decline any commission whether I find my skills not meeting the requirement, if the commission falls under subjects I’m not willing to work on, or if I'm too busy and can't work on it.4. The commissioner is allowed to share the artwork with credits to the artist. In addition, removal of watermarks is prohibited to avoid art theft of any kind.
>> With the commissioner's permission, I am allowed to post the artwork on social media and showcase the artwork in my portfolio.5. Any display of inappropriate, rude, or otherwise unpleasant behavior will result in me declining and/or blocking the commissioner.6. Please be patient with the commission as I am busy both with work and academics. Artwork updates will be given in time.
Payment and Refund
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Listed prices are the base price. Prices may increase depending on additional details, characters, and the complexity of the piece.- Still Image/Animated Doodles and Still Image/Animated Emote Packs must be paid in full before I start sketching.
KIRKE.SOCIAL COMMISSIONS
If the commissioner has no payment preference or if I specify how much should be paid (decimals don't work in their payment/price section), then full payments are paid before I start working as per Kirke's standard procedure.Refunds will proceed as per the guidelines written in Kirke's own Terms of Service.(Payments made outside of Kirke follow the Regular Commissions payment method.)
OFF-KIRKE/REGULAR COMMISSIONS
1. Payments must be made via PayPal OR Wise. An invoice will be sent per payment with details of the commission, the price, etc.
— For prices $30 and above:
>> 50% of the price will be downpayment and must be paid before the sketch is completed. The remaining 50% will be paid before the final piece is given.
—For prices $29 and below:
>> Full upfront payment must be done prior to commission start. As usual, the commissioner will send sketches and progress of the product/s to show proof and validity.
NOTE: Refunds are NOT allowed once the sketch has been given.
2. In the event of the commissioner cancelling after the downpayment has been made, I will allow a partial refund — I will retain 25% of the downpayment.3. In the event that I cannot complete the commission, I will give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed the piece. I will retain at least 30% of the total cost.
Commission Process
1. References must be included when commissioning for maximum accuracy (character sheets, poses, etc. — original or fanart). If the references contain AI, I will immediately decline the commission and put the commissioner on blacklist.2. The process will be documented via timelapse for transparency's sake.
>> Speedpaints unavailable due to lack of space.3. Major revisions will only be allowed BEFORE rendering/lining the artwork. A total of one (1) major revision is allowed.
>> Major revisions will cost +25% of the base price.4. Minor revisions can be done during and after the process of rendering. A total of three (3) minor revisions are allowed. No further revisions are allowed after. All minor revisions are free.5. Once the commission is finalized and approved, the commissioner will send the following in Discord or email/drive (if Discord doesn't allow due to size limit):
>> .PNG file - With or without background (transparent)6. Commissioners are NOT allowed to modify, copy, or trace any of the artwork without the artist’s explicit permission as it infringes their Intellectual Property.
